Recently, an email was sent to all benefits-eligible employees and adjunct employees enrolled in SB551 coverage. If you did not receive this information and believe you will be eligible for benefits or enrollment in SB551 with the 2025-26 open enrollment, please reach out to the Payroll/Benefits team by email at payroll@roguecc.edu or by phone at 541-956-7251. This will allow us to ensure we have an up-to-date list of employees to communicate with.
This year’s Open Enrollment period (Aug. 15–Sept. 19, 2025) will be mandatory. When prompted, all employees must actively log in to OEBB and select their medical, dental and vision benefits—current coverage will end on Sept. 30, 2025, if no selection is made.
Please watch your email and postal mail for more information, webinar opportunities and enrollment instructions. Enrollment prompts will come from OEBB and the College will share information and resources to aid you as well.
