2025 Great Colleges Employee Engagement Survey – Additional Reports Now Available

As shared in the June 2, 2025 Rogue Report, RCC released initial results from the 2025 Great Colleges Employee Engagement Survey to foster transparency and invite early reflection. Since then, additional reports have become available in the HR SharePoint Folder, providing a more complete picture of employee feedback and insights.

An executive summary of the 2025 survey findings is also in development and will be shared in an upcoming Rogue Report to highlight key themes and further outline next steps.

We encourage all employees to review these materials ahead of the Listening Sessions scheduled for the week of Aug. 18, where your voice will help shape our institutional action plan.

The Listening Sessions are designed to be interactive and employee-centered, ensuring your feedback is at the heart of our continuous improvement efforts. During these sessions, you’ll:

  • Receive a brief overview of the key findings.
  • Receive reminders about the 2024–25 action plan and the progress achieved.
  • Join small-group breakout discussions to share your perspectives on RCC’s strengths and opportunities.
  • Contribute directly to the next iteration of our institutional action plan.

Your participation is vital to shaping future initiatives and creating positive change in our college community.
