A Student Accessibility Story

With our collective efforts over the next three terms to strengthen accessibility at RCC, we understand that creating accessible digital content can sometimes feel abstract. It is not always easy to see the real impact behind the work.

To bring that impact to life, we’re sharing the story of an RCC graduate who is blind. Through her experience, we’ll see firsthand how accessible materials open doors to learning, connection and independence. Her story reminds us that accessibility isn’t just about compliance or technology — it’s about our students, opportunity and ensuring every student can fully participate at RCC.
