Rogue Community College announces the transition of David Hargrove from a part-time to a full-time Campus Security Officer, following the retirement of longtime Campus Security Officer Scot Feeney.
Feeney’s retirement marks the conclusion of a dedicated career in campus safety. Over the course of his service, he contributed significantly to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for students, staff and visitors across RCC campuses. The college extends its appreciation for his years of commitment and service.
Hargrove has built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability and responsiveness during his time in a part-time role. He has supported daily security operations, assisted with incident response and contributed to fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for the campus community.
Hargrove has consistently demonstrated the qualities we value in our campus safety team — integrity, vigilance and a service-oriented mindset. We’re pleased to have him step into this full-time role and continue supporting our campus community.
His transition reflects both his individual contributions and RCC’s ongoing commitment to campus safety. Hargrove’s familiarity with college operations and strong working relationships across departments position him well for success in his expanded role.
RCC remains dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for its campus community, and this transition ensures continuity in that mission.
