I want to share a few leadership changes within the Finance Department that reflect our ongoing focus on strong financial management, accountability and operational excellence. Debbie Dice has moved into the role of Director of Financial Compliance/Audit. Debbie brings deep institutional knowledge and experience to this position. In this role, she’ll oversee financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, and grant accounting to support transparency and accuracy across RCC’s financial operations.
Nikki Koenig has accepted the role of Director of Student Financial Services and Accounts Payable/Bursar. Nikki will lead student accounts, accounts payable and bursar operations, focusing on improving processes, communication, and service to both students and employees.
These updates strengthen our structure within Finance and help position us for continued improvement and efficiency. Please join me in congratulating Debbie and Nikki on their new roles.
