Changes to Facilities Management Procedures

We are streamlining our communication channels for more efficient service. Effective immediately, the previous Facilities group email addresses are no longer in use for contacting FMPC staff.

For general FMPC services:

  • Routine Requests: Please use the MPulse platform to submit all work requests.
  • Urgent Needs: Call the FMPC office directly at extension 7333 for immediate assistance.
  • New Users: Contact our office to be added as a requester in MPulse and we will provide you with all necessary instructions.

For space changes: If you’re considering furniture replacement, office or space modifications, or a change in location:

  • Submit an MPulse request.
  • A campus lead will collaborate with you to understand your needs, guide you through the approval process and oversee the execution of approved requests.
