All in for Health is a community-based organization involving the collaborative engagement and expertise of organizations and individuals from multiple sectors across Jackson and Josephine counties.
All in for Health’s major initiative is to develop an updated Community Health Improvement Plan — because “a healthy community is everyone’s business.”
As part of this initiative, there is a Community Health Survey being administered through July 16. They need more voices. Please consider taking this survey. It is available in English and Spanish; any resident of Jackson or Josephine counties, 18 years of age or older may participate. Survey completers have the chance to win a $100 gift card or an air purifier.
