Rogue Community College will be conducting essential roofing and HVAC replacement projects across multiple campuses from September through December 2025. These upgrades are part of the college’s ongoing commitment to maintaining safe, efficient and sustainable facilities.
Table Rock Campus (TRC) – Building A
- Roofing Work: Scheduled from Sept. 15 to Nov. 3, with phased work in Areas A, C, D and E.
- HVAC Replacement: Scheduled from Nov. 17 to Dec. 19, with crane operations and area closures occurring in six phases (Areas A–F).
Riverside Campus (RVC) – Building B
- Roofing Work: Scheduled from Sept. 19 to Nov. 20, with phased work in Areas A and B1–B3.
- HVAC Replacement: A one-day crane operation is scheduled for Nov. 10, affecting Area A.
Redwood Campus (RWC) – Buildings C, CH, M, U and X
- HVAC Replacement: Crane work is scheduled for Nov. 3, affecting Area A. Traffic control measures will be in place to maintain access.
The attached site maps detail specific dates and locations of entry closures, parking lot impacts and crane lift zones. Signage and alternate pedestrian routes will be clearly marked during construction. All crane operations will include safety delineation and spotters to ensure safe access.
The Facilities Management and Planning & Construction (FMPC) department will coordinate directly with impacted programs to minimize disruption and maintain continuity of operations.
