The RCC Student Veterans Organization’s 2026 Chili Cook-Off kicks off on Feb. 18 at Redwood Campus and Feb. 19 at Table Rock Campus, both starting at 11 a.m. Staff and faculty, if you’re entering your chili, make sure your sign‑up form is submitted. And don’t forget to share the event with students —we need lots of hungry judges!
