‘Get Yourself Tested’ Service Returns to RCC Campuses

The Diversity Programming Board is glad to share that free STI services are returning to Jackson and Josephine County campuses starting this term! Jackson County Health & Human Services will provide free and confidential HIV and Hepatitis-C rapid testing, as well as safer sex supplies and educational information. They will be stationed near the library/atrium at Table Rock campus on Thursday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Join us for a mini wellness event and get yourself tested!

Please review the flyer for full details on the Table Rock campus event.

Also tabling in the TRC atrium at that time will be RCC counselors and Community Works sexual assault advocate to provide wellness resources and other helpful educational information. In spring, RCC will offer these services at Riverside Campus, rotating between campuses each term.

In Josephine County, HIVAlliance will continue to offer the same great free testing services at the RWC Library on Wednesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feel free to drop by!

Please review the flyer for full details on the RWC event.

Access to healthcare services is important for promoting and maintaining health, preventing and managing disease, reducing unnecessary disability and premature death and achieving health equity for all.

This is a free event open to all students, staff and community members.
