Full-time employees may apply for up to $10,000 in one-time microgrant funding to launch an innovative project and demonstrate its potential impact.
We are especially interested in new proposals that align with RCC’s mission, values and annual priorities. Priority consideration will be given to projects supporting the five focus areas President Weber highlighted at Fall Kick-Off:
- Stabilizing Enrollment
- Student Success
- Employee Connectedness
- Systems Thinking
- Community Partnerships
Think creatively, collaborate across departments, and consider what could make a meaningful difference for our students, employees or community.
