Key Dates
- Last day to enter new travel requests in Etrieve: Dec. 9, 2025
- First day to use Emburse for travel and expense management: Dec. 10, 2025
What You Need to Do
- System Access: On or after Dec. 10, please make sure you are able to log in to Emburse. If you experience any access issues, contact the support team right away.
Emburse Log-In Instructions - Delegates: If you would like someone else to enter travel on your behalf or reconcile your One Card transactions, be sure to assign them as your delegate in the system.
