The IT Challenge Coin is a special token awarded to individuals who go above and beyond in the world of IT. It symbolizes our gratitude and admiration for their hard work and innovative efforts.

The IT Challenge Coin is designed to be a distinctive and meaningful representation of our commitment to excellence in technology at RCC. Each coin shares the same detailed design, embodying the spirit of innovation and collaboration that defines our IT community. While we’ve attached a proof image to give you a sneak peek, we assure you the coin is even more impressive in person! It’s not just a token—it’s a symbol of our shared dedication to creating a vibrant and secure digital environment at RCC.
How Are Recipients Chosen?
Recipients are selected based on their significant contributions to IT, including innovative problem-solving, extraordinary effort, collaboration and consistent support for IT initiatives.
One Coin per Person
Please note that these coins are exclusive; only one coin per person will be awarded to ensure that each coin maintains its unique value and significance.
Recognition
Recipients will be recognized on our IT Awesomeness webpage, where their contributions will be shared.
We are launching this initiative with the understanding that it takes everyone—staff and faculty alike—to maintain a secure and efficient digital world at RCC.
