The Human Resources team has created a new employer posting titled “Itemized Pay Statement Notice.” This notice can be found on the HR SharePoint in the Employer Postings folder. It has also been posted in ADP Workforcenow in the Payroll Forms and Resources tile.
This posting is a result of updates to ORS 652.610 that became effective Jan. 1, 2026, per SB906. ORS 652.610 outlines requirements for itemizing amounts and purposes of pay and deductions on employee pay statements. The ORS now includes requirements to provide written guidance to further assist employees in understanding their pay and deductions. This notice will be reviewed annually and provided to new employees at the time of hire.
