It is with deep regret that we report that the Math Marvels First Generation Student Success (FGSS) Grant funded through the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) was not selected for funding due to budget constraints.
The last three years have been spent building a great program that served many students, giving them access to co-requisite supports in MTH60 and MTH243R. Moreover, this program thrived in the collaborative spirit that suffuses this college and demonstrated the success of math faculty and peer coaches working together to support students’ learning. Math Marvels could not have done this work without help from people and departments across the college.
