RCC and the RCC Foundation have a new, streamlined process for accepting and tracking in-kind donations.
The RCC Foundation oversees donations to the college, working jointly with RCC to ensure donated items receive the appropriate review, approval and tracking.
Before accepting or taking possession of a donated item, employees should complete the In-Kind Gift Acceptance Form.
The form collects the information needed to review the donation and automatically routes the request through the appropriate approval process, making it easier for employees to get information to the right people and streamline the process.
Please remember: Submission of the form does not mean the donation has been approved. Please wait for the confirmation email before accepting or making arrangements to receive the donated item.
