Health Insurance: Mandatory Open Enrollment Happening Through Sept. 22, 2023

The open enrollment period for employee insurance benefits is open now through Sept. 22. The enrollment process is mandatory and must be completed online in MyOEBB. As a reminder, the OEBB plan year runs Oct. 1-Sept. 30.

Eligible employees can select any medical, dental, and/or vision plan offered by OEBB in our region; see the 2023-24 Enrollment Guide booklet for more information. Options include:

Medical Benefits

  • Moda Medical Connexus Network (non-coordinated care) – Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
  • Moda Medical Connexus Network (coordinated care) – Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7

Dental Benefits

  • Delta Dental Plans – 1, 5, 6, Exclusive PPO – Incentive, and Exclusive PPO
  • Willamette Dental Plan

Vision Benefits

  • Moda Vision Plans – Opal, Pearl and Quartz
  • VSP Vision Plans – VSP Choice Plus and VSP Choice

RCC Human Resources has prepared rate calculator tools to assist employees in determining monthly premium costs. Macros will need to be enabled for them to work correctly. Please see the RCC Health Insurance Rate Information sheet, which contains further details.

In-person and virtual Open Enrollment meetings, hosted by Human Resources and insurance carrier representatives, are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, 8/29/23 from 12 – 2 p.m., online via Zoom
  • Wednesday, 9/20/23 from 1- 3 p.m., Table Rock Campus Health Professions Center (C–150)

The 2023-2024 enrollment forms for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are available on the HR SharePoint. Enrollment forms must be completed by 9/22/23.
