RCC has recently been welcomed into the League for Innovation in the Community College. The League is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate innovation in the community college environment. Their initiatives focus on essential topics for community colleges, including diversity, equity and inclusion, information technology, leadership development and workforce development, among others.
Being a part of the League means RCC is joining a national community of forward-thinkers dedicated to making our college experience even better for our students. We have been a pioneer in innovation through our past efforts in developing a proprietary legacy information system (RogueNet), program delivery strategies in CTE and other student success initiatives. Now that we are a part of the League, we have access to opportunities for grants, professional development and sharing ideas with other innovative colleges across the nation.
Being a League member gives us a platform to share our successes and keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Our induction is a testament to the fact that we are on the cutting edge of education, and that wouldn’t be possible without all your hard work and dedication.
