Jackson and Josephine counties (May 29, 2026) — Jamee Harrington, Rogue Community College’s vice president of People, Culture and Safety, chief human resources officer and chief of staff, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors for the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). Her term begins July 1.

Harrington has been an active member of CUPA-HR for several years, serving in multiple leadership roles within the association. Most recently, she completed a three-year term on the CUPA-HR Western Region Board of Directors, including service as chair-elect during the 2024–25 year.
At the national level, Harrington has served on the Public Policy and Creating Inclusive Communities committees and currently serves as a navigator for the CUPA-HR Navigators program, mentoring chief human resources officers from colleges and universities across the country. She participated in the 2021–22 Emerging CUPA-HR Leaders program.
“Jamee is an outstanding higher education leader. We are so fortunate that she will join the board of directors,” said CUPA-HR President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Brantley, Ed.D.
Harrington said she is honored to represent both Rogue Community College and the community college sector through the appointment.
“Community colleges play a vital role in expanding access, supporting students and employees, and strengthening our communities,” Harrington said. “I’m excited to contribute that perspective in this role.”
