The New RCC Website Is Live!

Today marks an exciting milestone as Rogue Community College’s redesigned website officially launches.

Thank you to everyone across the college who contributed feedback, reviewed content and supported this project over the past several months. The new website reflects input from students and employees and is designed to make it easier for prospective and current students to find the information they need.

As you begin exploring the new site, you may notice updated navigation, reorganized content and a fresh new look that reflects RCC’s updated brand. Most links will continue to work through URL redirects, though you may want to update saved bookmarks as you become familiar with the new website.

Join a Drop-In Workshop

The Marketing & Communications team will host weekly drop-in Zoom sessions through August, and again in October, to help employees become familiar with the new website. Sessions will include a brief tour of the site, highlight key changes and provide time for questions.

Workshops are scheduled for:

  • Wednesday, July 29 at 10 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 8:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, Aug. 20 at 2 p.m.
  • Monday, Aug. 31 at 3 p.m.

Zoom links are available in the Events section of the Rogue Report and the RCC Internal Events Calendar.

Have Feedback or Need a Change?

It’s normal to discover opportunities for improvement after a website launch. If you notice an error or have a content update to request, please coordinate with your supervisor or your department’s designated point person to submit a Marketing Work Order. This helps us track requests, coordinate updates and prioritize work effectively.

The Marketing & Communications team will review requests and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes support a consistent, effective user experience across the website.

If you discover an issue that you believe requires immediate attention, please contact Elizabeth Butler by email so it can be evaluated as quickly as possible.

Review Printed Materials

Now that the new website is live, please take a few minutes to review your department’s printed materials, including brochures and flyers, as well as banners and signage. Look for website links and QR codes that may point to outdated pages or no longer reflect the new website structure.

If updates are needed, submit a Marketing Work Order for assistance. The Marketing & Communications team can help update materials, create new QR codes and provide easy-to-remember short URLs for print pieces.

Whenever possible, use short URLs, such as roguecc.edu/counseling, instead of copying the full web address from your browser. Short URLs are easier to read, type and remember — and they’re more likely to remain consistent over time.

Thank you again for your partnership, patience and support throughout this project. We look forward to continuing to refine the website in the weeks ahead.
