Rogue Community College is pleased to welcome Jordan Zapata as our newest campus security officer, serving primarily at Redwood Campus.
Jordan brings a valuable combination of military experience and professional security experience in both the public and private sectors to his new role at RCC. His background and experience will be a great fit for our Campus Security team and our continued focus on providing professional, service-oriented campus safety.
Jordan will work the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift, Tuesday through Saturday, serving as the primary campus security officer during the afternoon and evening hours at Redwood Campus and providing Saturday coverage.
As a CSO, Jordan will help support a safe and welcoming environment for students, employees and visitors through campus patrols, responding to calls for assistance, monitoring campus conditions, providing access and security support, and assisting with emergencies and other safety concerns.
Jordan’s experience and background will be a valuable addition to the Campus Security team as we continue our focus on providing a visible, approachable and service-oriented security presence for our campus community.
