Kristen Morales joins our dean assistant team (along with Michelle Rhodes, Amy Johnson and Paula Brooks) as Assistant to the Dean of Curriculum & Academic Support. Kristen is an RCC alumna and has her Associate of Science in Business. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Southern Oregon University.
Kristen’s previous roles at RCC included working as a dedicated student employee and an Instructional Systems Specialist temp for Outcomes and Assessment within the Teaching and Learning Center. She has helped support RCC’s assessment practices and development, learning management systems and academic committees during her time in these positions. She has gained valuable insight into the institution’s environment and commitment to student success and excellence.
As Assistant to the Dean of Curriculum and Academic Support, Kristen will be responsible for course and classroom scheduling. She will continue to support curriculum and outcomes and assessment.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hiking and kayaking. Most of all, Kristen cherishes her family life and creating lasting memories with her 6-month-old daughter, Music.
