Feb. 9, 2024 was an exciting day for the ERP implementation project. Jenzabar staff spent a week authenticating our data and returned it to us to begin our portion of the data validation. The issues identified by Jenzabar were less than we expected. This indicates that Jenzabar understands our data and that the mapping and translation tables we developed are working as expected. This achievement is a testament to the collaboration, commitment and expertise of the Rogue and Jenzabar teams.
Jenzabar also provided us with a mid-project review. Now that we are in phase three of the project, we are reaping the benefits of all the A+ work done in phases one and two. One benefit is moving the GoLive calendar up by two weeks! When Jenzabar provided us with this opportunity, there was some initial hesitation. However, after hearing the positive mid-project review, the initial outcome of the first data pass and looking at key dates on the academic calendar, it was determined that moving our GoLive up is in the best interest of the students and staff.
