Keep RCC’s Directory Accurate — It Takes Only a Minute!

An up-to-date directory helps students, colleagues and campus services reach the right people fast. The RCC online directory is now open for updates — please take a few minutes to review your information and make sure it’s current.

How to Update Your Directory Info

  1. Log in to myRogue.
  2. Click the “Campus Directory” tab at the top (you may need to click “More”).
  3. Select “Directory Listing Update” on the left side.
  4. On the next page, click “Directory Listing Update” again to open the form.
  5. Make your updates and click “Submit” when finished.

You Can Update:

  • Department website (use short links, e.g., roguecc.edu/math—contact Elizabeth Butler if you need one created)
  • Office location
  • Mailbox location (see guidance below)
  • Languages spoken (only if you can effectively communicate in that language)

Note: Some fields like your title or department are maintained by HR. If you spot an error there, please use the Directory Update Request Form – HR Fields.

Choosing the Right Mailbox Location

Select the mailbox location closest to you on your main campus — that’s where USPS mail, intercampus mail and small packages are delivered.

Larger deliveries will go to the address listed on your requisition or OneCard order.

For items that require direct delivery (such as exams, records or gift cards) or any other shipping questions, please contact Shipping & Receiving.

Departments are responsible for collecting and distributing their mail internally.

Take a moment to update your details in these other communication tools:

Outlook & Teams
Add a profile photo or update your spoken languages — it helps students and coworkers recognize you more easily (most other fields are managed by IT).

Email Signatures
Use the Outlook Signature Tool from Marketing & Communications for a polished, consistent email signature. Just fill out the form, copy the code and paste it into your Outlook settings.

Zoom
Check your display name, pronouns, department and job title in your Zoom settings to ensure accurate, inclusive communication.
