Mailroom Processes: A Quick Refresher for Smooth Deliveries

To help ensure your orders are received and delivered accurately and on time, please review the following key reminders:

Items to Be Delivered

All orders delivered to campus must include a “deliver to” location entered in the requisition comment field. Be sure to include the recipient’s name, campus and building/room number. Omitting this information may result in delayed or misdelivered items.

Using One Card for Deliveries

In general, items intended for delivery should be ordered through an approved vendor using the requisition process. In rare cases where a One Card (OC) is used to purchase a delivery item, it is essential that the shipping address includes key delivery details.

This ensures that Shipping and Receiving can accurately process and route your package.

The following format ensures your name and location show up on the box or packing slip:

Name: Rogue Community College
Address Line 1: OC, [Last Name], [Campus] [Room Number]
(e.g., OC, Smith, TRC114-A)
Address Line 2: 3345 Redwood Hwy
City, State, ZIP: Grants Pass, OR 97527

Receiving

Please note that only shipping and receiving staff are authorized to receive items in Jenzabar. This includes Services-Only purchase orders.
