Funding for community colleges and the Oregon Promise Grant (House Bill 5025) are under review right now by the Oregon Legislature. They will decide to increase or decrease funding for both in just a few weeks. If you wish to voice your support for, or opposition to, continued strong funding for RCC, community colleges and the Oregon Promise Grant by phone or via email; your testimony is accepted 24/7 through your legislative representatives’ offices.

- Select “By Address.”
- Type in your home address.
- The list of all legislators serving your residence will pop up with contact information.
- Compose your email or phone message and include your name and address (so they know you are in their district).
- Push “Send” or phone your opinions in.
