Marketing work orders are submitted through SharePoint. When the system is working properly, submitters get confirmation emails at each step — when a work order is assigned, when there’s a proof to review, and so on.
Right now, those automated emails aren’t sending. We’re working with IT to rebuild the work order system into something more scalable, sustainable and user-friendly. In the meantime, here’s how to stay on top of your requests:
