Purchasing and Shipping Guidelines Reminder

As a friendly reminder, all purchases made for college-related use should follow RCC purchasing guidelines, regardless of the funding source. This includes having items shipped directly to the college. Redwood Campus is our main college location for item delivery.

Shipping items to a personal residence is not eligible for reimbursement, as it falls outside of standard business practices and can create challenges with audit compliance.

To help ensure smooth delivery and proper handling, we recommend coordinating with Shipping & Receiving in advance, so they are aware of any incoming items.
