About Tommie Kell, EPRDH
Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Tommie began her dental career after traveling with the military following high school and completing a one-year dental assisting program in Chesapeake, Virginia, in 2004. She later attended Rogue Community College to complete her prerequisites before earning her degree in dental hygiene from Mt. Hood Community College in 2011, graduating with honors as a single mother.
In 2018, Tommie took her career a step further by opening and operating her own independent dental hygiene practice. After building the practice from the ground up, she successfully sold the business in 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in dentistry, entrepreneurship, and patient-centered care full circle.
Today, Tommie continues to share her experience and passion for the dental profession through education and mentorship. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mom of three boys, and their busy, active family life keeps her on the go.
