What’s That Idea You’ve Been Thinking About?

You know that idea you’ve tossed around with coworkers—the one that usually starts with “Wouldn’t it be great if we could…”?

Maybe this is the year to try it.

RCC’s Innovation Microgrant Program is an opportunity to take a creative idea off the wish list and turn it into something real. Whether it’s a new way to engage students, strengthen connections, improve a process, build a community partnership, or simply try something RCC hasn’t tried before, we want to hear your idea.

Projects may receive up to $10,000 in one-time funding, and collaboration is encouraged. So, grab that coworker you’ve been brainstorming with, dust off the idea you’ve been saving for “someday,” or start a conversation with someone in another department.

Your idea doesn’t have to be complicated—it just needs the potential to make a difference.

What could you do with up to $10,000?

Applications are due October 30.

Visit the Microgrants page for application details, guidelines, and this year’s funding priorities.
