The Community and Workforce team is ecstatic to have a new Training Service Coordinator join the team; please welcome Katina Dittberner to RCC.
Katina has spent the last decade in social service advocating for underserved populations and as a first-generation college student (and RCC alum) herself, Katina is, “elated to represent RCC as an exemplary institution in our community that remains accessible to all.” Katina will be managing Community Education while growing our Business suite of short-term workforce programs for our region.
In her time outside of work, Katina spends time outdoors- gardening, camping, hiking, and meandering along the Oregon coast with her husband of 15 years! Please stop by and say hi to Katina whose office is in the B building at RWC, or at TRC-A-139.
