At Rogue Community College, heroes don’t always stand in the spotlight — they stand beside our students. They show up, lift others up and believe deeply in the power of education to change lives. These are our Rogue Heroes.
Rogue Heroes are RCC employees who choose to support the college and students through voluntary monthly giving. Their kindness fuels scholarships, strengthens academic programs, supports emergency needs and provides opportunities that would not exist without them. Every dollar donated through payroll deduction or one-time gifts goes directly through the RCC Foundation to initiatives that move our mission forward.
And their impact is powerful.
Your Philanthropy at Work
Over the past five years, more than 60 RCC staff members have come together to contribute over $135,000. These generous contributions have helped:
- Fund scholarships that keep students enrolled and on track.
- Support college projects that enhance teaching and learning.
- Empower student clubs that build leadership, connection and belonging.
- Strengthen departments through equipment, innovation and expanded opportunities.
- Provide emergency assistance to students facing food insecurity, housing challenges or unexpected crises.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps remove barriers and opens doors for RCC students.
Celebrating Our Rogue Heroes
Beginning January 2026, the RCC Foundation will feature a monthly Rogue Hero Spotlight in the first Rogue Report of every month. These stories will honor the staff members whose generosity strengthens our college and inspires those around them.
And tomorrow, in celebration of Giving Tuesday, we’re sending a small token of appreciation to our current Rogue Heroes, just to say thank you for the heart you bring to RCC every day.
