RCC is getting the most out of its support services data by introducing TracCloud, a scheduling and record-keeping platform, to the campus Tutoring Centers. The TracCloud system records data details such as the number of student visits to the Tutoring Centers, how long the student visited the center, and for what course or courses the student used tutoring services. This information will allow Academic Success Centers to better identify and fill RCC student tutoring needs.
Students can log in and schedule a tutoring appointment anytime at the RCC TracCloud site via the Tutoring Services webpage.
RCC tutoring support is available:
- Redwood Campus: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Riverside Campus: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Virtually on Zoom: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
