Rogue Report: You Spoke, We Listened

Fellow Ospreys,

It is with great pride that I share my support for the inaugural “Rogue Report.” At the beginning of this academic year, we committed to developing a response to the widespread request for more consistency around communication efforts. As a result of the leadership and tireless efforts of our RCC Marketing team, we now have this terrific avenue for leveraging internal communications at the College.

In order for the Rogue Report to reach its fullest potential, it will require effort from both contributors of information AND consumers of information. We will need to keep this tool at the forefront of our thoughts as we think about how to share information with colleagues, and we will need to reference it consistently as a source of college information.

The development team in Marketing has meticulously developed different buckets where events, news, recognition and other appropriate information can live. They’ve also created a very user-friendly approach to contributing content. Please help us leverage the Rogue Report as a tool to address the historic concerns with internal communications. Our team worked hard to develop a strategy in response to employee feedback — let’s work hard in return.
