Pipe Fork Hike — Saturday, May 6 — The new time is 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Join the RCC Earth Club for a moderately strenuous hike along Pipe Fork Creek and through ancient forest on the east flank of Grayback Mountain. Meet at the Williams Store at Tetherow Road and Williams Highway. Friends and family welcome; wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothing. Questions? Contact Marissa Shepherd at mshepherd@roguecc.edu.
#WeAreOspreys Mural Contest — Attention artists! We’re hosting a contest to create osprey wings murals on all 3 campuses. Spread your wings and share your vision! The deadline to enter is June 30. Full details at roguecc.edu/mural.

Open House Coming Up — Do you know someone who is interested in learning more about RCC? Invite them to our Open House events at Redwood Campus (May 16) and Table Rock Campus (May 18). There will be campus tours and opportunities to learn about financial aid, admissions and meet instructors. There will also be free ice cream, cotton candy and an inflatable obstacle course. Children are welcome!
Foundation scholarships — If you haven’t applied yet for RCC Foundation scholarships, what are you waiting for? The deadline is June 1 to apply for the 2023/24 school year. There’s just one application for 100+ scholarships; it takes about 1-2 hours. On average, about 1 in 4 students who apply receive an award! Learn more at roguecc.edu/scholarships.
