You have probably only used your RCC student email account to log in to Blackboard or the Bookstore, but starting this month RCC will begin communicating with you through your student email account.
Besides the username for Blackboard, the Bookstore and Campus Logic (RCC’s financial aid and scholarship portal), your RCC student email account is how you will find out about important college business and how instructors will provide class information. Your student email is a free Microsoft account that will never be de-activated, even after you graduate from RCC, and your student email allows you to log in and use Office 365 online products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
From Nov. 15 to Feb. 13, emails from RCC will be sent to both your personal and your student email accounts, but starting Feb. 14 we will only email your RCC student email account. You can visit the Computer Lab FAQ page to learn how to access your RCC student email and get instructions on how to forward all emails to your personal email account.
