Rogue Community College is gearing up for an exciting transformation as it prepares to implement the Jenzabar One software system. A crucial strategic planning session took place in April, laying the foundation for a seamless transition to the new platform.
During the strategic planning session held April 25-27, RCC’s Project and Module Managers collaborated with the lead Jenzabar consultant. The session focused on reviewing the student life cycle, finance and third-party integrations. Jenzabar sought to understand RCC’s preferences and limitations with RogueNet, as well as the college’s objectives for implementing Jenzabar. This meeting played a crucial role in gathering RCC’s feedback, which was subsequently shared with Jenzabar’s team of consultants, who will be closely involved in the upcoming phases of the project.
Starting May 4, RCC is working in close collaboration with its team of Jenzabar consultants on Business Process Discovery & Walkthroughs. These meetings provide an in-depth understanding of the Jenzabar software modules and allow for a comprehensive review of the college’s existing processes. RCC will receive valuable recommendations on optimizing its utilization of Jenzabar, leveraging the best business practices offered by this new system. Additionally, configuration worksheets will be reviewed and completed during these sessions, with the consultants addressing any configuration-related questions or concerns that may arise.
